Lights of Vienna, headquartered in Guntramsdorf, just south of Vienna, is an Austrian lighting manufacturer with over 30 years of experience specializing in custom lighting solutions for luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, mosques, yachts, and residences.
We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a dedicated individual who wishes to become a part of our company, starting as soon as possible.
Working Student (f/m/d) – International Marketing
📍 Vienna, Guntramsdorf or Remote | ⏰ Part-time (20h/week) | 🚀 Start: immediately
Your Responsibilities
Provide administrative and organizational support to the international marketing team
Maintain the CRM system and contribute to newsletter marketing: content creation, preparation for dispatch, and performance analysis
Contribute to our website: copywriting and editing, image research and uploads, SEO optimization
Support social media activities: content research, editorial planning, postings, and community management
Assist with analysis and reporting: campaign evaluations (KPIs, performance tracking) and preparation of press reviews
Contribute to event management for internal and external events
Support the online shop: product maintenance, content updates, and uploading images and texts
Create simple print materials (e.g., flyers, invitations, roll-ups)
Organize and order office and promotional materials
Your Profile
Ongoing studies in marketing, communications, media, design, business, or a comparable field
Independent and structured way of working
Creativity, team spirit, and a proactive hands-on mentality
Confident use of MS Office; ideally, first experience with Photoshop and CRM tools
Excellent written and spoken German and English
